All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any products or services without prior notice.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to digital displays.
3. Prices and Payment

4. Order Process and Contract Formation
Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation. This confirms receipt but does not constitute acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only when:

5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all goods within 1 working day, subject to stock availability.
Delivery services and timeframes:

Express Delivery: 1-2 working days

Click & Collect: If offered, items will be held for 7 days after notification of readiness
We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions). If a delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform you and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Risk passes to you once goods are delivered. Ownership transfers only when full payment is received.
6. Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order for most products within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
